To bridge the digital divide in institutions serving the underprivileged students
Roll out 1000+ premium interactive flat panels on 1000 digital classrooms across 50+ institutions serving underprivileged students. Train the teachers to leverage this technology to transform the teaching and learning experience for students
Some challenges in delivering quality education for the underprivileged students are mentioned below.
Almost 66% of the schools do not have internet and digital devices for teaching.
Secondary school dropout rate is at 12.6%. Enrolment declined by 0.5 million students in govt. aided institutions over time.
80% of the teachers are concerned about student engagement level in classroom. 50% of the students reported they are not engaged in what they learn in school.
